What if an item has a quality issue?

We stand behind the products we sell. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or quality problem, please contact us immediately at info@amsoillsale.vip. These returns are handled with top priority, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Returns are completely free for you. For all qualified returns, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. There are no restocking fees, ever.

How and when will I get my refund?

Once your return package reaches our warehouse, we inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. After approval, your refund is initiated immediately. The money is sent back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification the moment we process your refund.
